Prior to joining ProspectHill, Gambhir worked as the Managing Director of WS Capital Partners for five years and as the Director of Acquisitions for DivcoWest Group for five years in San Francisco. In these roles, he both spearheaded acquisitions and capital formation activities. Between WS and DivcoWest, Gambhir has led or participated in over $1.5 billion of real estate investments nationwide. Prior to these roles, Gambhir served as an associate and vice president of acquisitions at The Morgan Stanley Real Estate Funds in New York and San Francisco and as an acquisition analyst at Koll Bren Realty in Newport Beach and San Francisco. Gambhir received a BS from Georgetown University Cum Laude in 1990 and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1995

(Marathi:चर्चगेट) is an area in downtown south Mumbai (formely Bombay). the station gets it’s name from Church Gate street (now Veer Nariman Road) which lies on the immediate south of the station. during th 18th and up to themid 19th century, Bombay was a welled city. The city walls had three gates and Church gate, named after St. Thomas Cathedral, Mumbai was one of the gates.”
